4. Ask how site supervision actually works

Ask plainly: "Who visits the site during execution, and how often?" A firm that visits only at the start and the end is not really supervising. 5. Get a timeline in writing
"Two to three months" is not a timeline, it is a guess. Ask for a written schedule broken into phases: measurement and design sign-off, civil and electrical work, carpentry, painting and finishing, and final installation. 6. Read the actual reviews, not just the star rating

Vague five-star reviews with no detail are worth much less than a four-star review that explains exactly what went right and what did not.
